The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year, and is a beautiful time for introspection and a little bit of hibernation. At the same time, it is the end of one phase and the beginning of another, as every day thereafter becomes a little bit longer, bringing in the light. ✨

Please join me for this relaxing practice where we will hold both the darkness and the light together. Turning inwards to ground and nurture ourselves while also allowing an opening and expansion in our bodies and hearts.

We will also be sitting in the stillness of the new moon, a beautiful time to set intentions and plant seeds.
