Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation where we drop into a space of “conscious sleep” - the mind turns off and the body can deeply heal while suspended in a background of silence. You’ll also be serenaded with crystal bowls, gentle gong, arkana chimes, koshi bells and more to ease into that space of sweet surrender.
From May through November this year, this monthly gathering will be themed with a journey through the chakras - each month we will focus on a different chakra. The chakras are energy centers in the body that influence your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
We will begin in May with the Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana. Our focus for this class will be on making space for new beginnings and engaging our creativity and joy.
