This 30-day series is a daily guide to help you weave self-care and self-love into each day as you step into the new year with clarity and intention.
Each morning, you’ll receive an email with a daily theme, a journal prompt, and an invitation to take inspired action. These inspired actions may include decluttering a drawer, taking a ten-minute meditation or breath break, or moving through a short bedtime yoga sequence to unwind.
Alongside the daily reflections, I’ll also be offering four guided meditations throughout the month. These will be recorded and shared via a private YouTube link, exclusively for participants in this series. You can revisit them anytime — they’ll remain available even after the program ends.
