Please join Julie Lemerond for a beautiful afternoon crafting your own personalized intention to be used in Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is an ancient sleep-based meditation practice that is different than regular seated meditation in the sense that we set intentions in this practice. Through a series of breath and body awareness techniques, we drop into a meditative state where the body and mind are so quiet, it is as if we are just hovering right above sleep. And it is in that space of awareness that we place an intention. The intention is planting a seed into our subconscious mind.
During this workshop, you will learn about how intentions work in yoga nidra through the lens of the Koshas (subtle bodies), and how we can rewrite unhelpful patterns and thought processes that keep us from living our fullest expression.
You will craft a personalized intention that is specific to you alone, followed by a yoga nidra experience implementing that intention. Along with the yoga nidra, enjoy a sound bath with crystal bowls, gong, arkana chimes and more.
Come with an open mind and heart, and leave with a new outlook as well as a powerful intention you can carry off the mat with you into your daily life!
