Join me for a nurturing yoga journey that shifts with the rhythm of the month.
Each week offers a different gentle practice to support your nervous system, invite rest, and reconnect you to yourself. These classes are donation-based and open to all bodies and levels. Advance registration is appreciated.
Please note that there will be three classes held in July, and then classes will resume weekly in September.
THERE ARE NO CLASSES IN AUGUST.
Monthly class schedule:
Week 1 — Yin Yoga:
Slow, deep holds to release tension in the fascia and create spaciousness in body and mind.
Week 2 — Yoga Nidra:
An effortless meditation known as yogic sleep that brings profound rest and nervous system reset.
Week 3 — Restorative Yoga:
Fully supported poses using props to encourage deep relaxation and subtle energetic healing.
Week 4 — Gentle Yoga:
Mindful movement, breath, and grounding postures to invite clarity, balance, and softness.
Each class includes grounding breathwork, optional aromatherapy, and a closing moment of stillness or sound healing.
Come as you are. Give what you can. Leave feeling renewed.
Donations may be made before or after class via cash, Venmo, or your preferred method. See you in class!
