
It’s easy to drift out of balance as we move through life, and the New Year offers a beautiful invitation to begin again.
Sometimes, though, it’s hard to know where to start. That’s why I’ve created this 30-day series - a daily guide to help you weave self-care and self-love into each day as you step into the new year with clarity and intention.
Each morning, you’ll receive an email with a daily theme, a journal prompt, and an invitation to take inspired action. These simple practices may include decluttering a drawer, taking a ten-minute meditation or breath break, or moving through a short bedtime yoga sequence to unwind.
A key part of self-care is compassion - so there’s no pressure to keep up or move at any particular pace. These emails are yours to keep forever, and you can return to them anytime you need a reset or a moment of inspiration.
Alongside the daily reflections, I’ll also be offering four guided meditations throughout the month. These will be recorded and shared via a private YouTube link, exclusively for participants in this series. You can revisit them anytime — they’ll remain available even after the program ends.
