FIRST FRIDAYS soundbath + yoga nidra

Please join me on the First Friday of each month for a peaceful evening allowing you to release the week and enter into the weekend and new month with clarity and contentment.

Yoga Nidra is a sleep-based meditation where we drop into a space of “conscious sleep” - the mind turns off and the body can deeply heal while suspended in a background of silence. You’ll also be serenaded with crystal bowls, gentle gong, arkana chimes, koshi bells and more to ease into that space of sweet surrender.

Invite a friend for a beautiful evening together! Come early to enjoy essential oils, an inspirational message and more gems. 

No experience with yoga or meditation is necessary. Come as you are. Wear pajamas if you wish!

Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

There are no refunds however if you need to cancel you may use your credit towards a future class of the same value.

The studio has a wide selection of props to choose from, but please feel free to bring any of your own creature comforts, including an eye pillow or anything else that helps you feel nourished and supported.
