FIRST FRIDAYS SOUNDBATH + YOGA NIDRA

First Friday of each month, from 7:00 - 8:30pm. Held at Shantiful.

Step into a sacred space of stillness and surrender on the first Friday of each month. 


This 90-minute class combines the profound practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with an immersive sound healing journey, inviting you to float between silence and sound, wakefulness and dream.


You’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice often called “yogic sleep,” where your body fully rests while your mind floats in the sacred threshold between waking and dreaming. 


This practice restores the nervous system, supports healing on all levels, and offers access to your deeper intuitive self.


You'll also be immersed by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle gong, Arkana chimes, Koshi bells, an ocean drum, and other soothing instruments. Each soundscape is designed to calm your nervous system, release stored tension, and guide you into a state of deep inner peace.

Perfect for anyone seeking rest, release, or reconnection—no experience with yoga or meditation is necessary.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. (Please note that registration ends two hours before class start.)


Shantiful has a wide selection of props to choose from, but please feel free to bring any of your own creature comforts, including an eye pillow or anything else that helps you feel nourished and supported.
